ShyShield is a rogue anti-spyware program that goads users into buying its full version. To convince the user that his computer is infected with spyware, SpyShield will display fake security messages that the system is at risk and will trick into buying its software. After installation, SpyShield will find false positives during the system scan. Usually the parasite gets installed onto user's machine with no knowledge or consent. Known Variants
VirusBurst is a re-branded variant of other well-known rogue anti-spyware programs, including SpywareQuake, SpyFalcon, SpywareStrike, SpySheriff, SpyHeal and many other pseudonyms.
